The childhood of Pickler was not a smooth one. When she was two the mother of her fled from an unfaithful relationship. Her return to Pickler's life in 1995 and was given custody of her. However, things didn't work around as planned. So when she was 12 the judge returned Pickler to her parents - who took care of her until she reached adulthood. Pickler was, in the absence of her parents and her older siblings, was too busy to have a family. Pickler said she had no time for study, she decided to learn how to cook and clean at an early time. Pickler was a member of her high school's and middle school's cheerleading team. North Stanly High School graduated her in 2004. Pickler is also a skilled beauty queen.
