Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is an American actress. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group consisting of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. For her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy was born in the US and is a performer and an author. Sheedy began her acting career with the crime film Bad Boys at the beginning of the 1980s. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Following her success in her first film, she was later seen in the comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the top high school film ever made. The film cost just $1,000,000, but the film made in excess of $50 million. Meanwhile she had also started participating in various television shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent program. Other TV shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring an X-Men superhero, where she is an appearance. Sheedy, for her incredible performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
